When a child is born, it brings good and bad qualities altogether which is called human nature. As the growth of personality starts, brain also starts thinking, then it realizes many things at experiential level. Apart from this, there are many things which have been reflected to its personality from the family, culture and the environment around him. With the help of individual sense, experience, education and surrounding culture, it comes to know about the good and bad contents of human nature. It is essential for everyone to carry forward the contents of qualities and try to explore it as much as possible and also to identify the bad contents of the nature and remove from the life as soon as possible. Its easy to say but difficult to do. Such refinement process is essential for personality development. For example, when the oil spurts out from the seed, it is in the crude form and contains both the good and bad ingredients, after this it goes through a stage of refinement at Oil refinery where its bad and defective ingredients are filtered out and the oil is refined. Then only the Oil attains value and becomes acceptable in the market. In the same way in life, education, knowledge and good qualities are responsible for the purification of human being, the only difference is, that, in the case of oil, there isn’t any choice for the oil but to get refined, but in the case of Human Beings, the Human has to urge itself to remove the defects from itself.

If all the defects are removed from a human’s personality, all that is left are the bunch of qualities; such a person’s value increases in the society and will be acceptable to everyone.

Everyone wants to become valued and precious, but also wants to escape from the procedure of purification and is always out on a hunt for easier methods, but despite of all this exercise, all he gets is disappointment, nothing else, because this hunt is against the laws of Nature.

Many parents come to me and talk about their problems regarding their children, one of such parents had tried many businesses for his son but did not see success in any of them, so now he is consulting that which business will be the perfect one so that his son gains profit and is settled in the life. It was the main worry for him.

I asked him to name any one business that doesn’t hold a secure future and profit and he was speechless. In fact, there isn’t any business that doesn’t have a secure future and profit.

Actually, the amount of defects in the nature of his son are so much that reflects everywhere and makes him commit faults and mistakes, this will continue to occur until those defects in the personality are removed. Now, even if he tries thousands of businesses then the results will be same because business doesn’t have any life, the promoter which is behind the business is making it live or dead. The attitude, sincerity and capacity to complete the work within the scheduled time, sense to take a decision on time, willing the contribute the labor on desired situation, faith and confidence on efforts, vision to assess the future proceedings, obsession to take the risk
Now such a person may go anywhere, his deceitful personality will always follow him and make all his work deceitful like itself, the person wouldn’t want to do so, but things will always go the way he doesn’t want them to.

For success in any work, a successful vision is needed; the person who is having a stain-free vision ( clean vision ) would not face disappointment in any of his works and would come out as a successful person.

That is why, it is very essential that we come to know of our natural defects, identify them and then obtain the right way to remove them, and then only the right progress on the path to success is possible.
